Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sunkissed Sisters! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Where We Ship

We currently ship Australia-wide only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping — $13 AUD
  • Express Shipping — $16 AUD
  • Free Standard Shipping when you spend $150

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Local Delivery - Karratha 6714 only

Orders placed before 11am will receive same day free delivery 

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays, particularly during peak periods. 

We are shipping from remote Western Australia, so please be mindful that this may add a few days extra to your shipping time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel directly with the carrier.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at maz@sunkissedsisters.com.au as soon as possible. We'll lodge an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated throughout the process.

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. We want to make sure every Sunkissed Sisters order reaches you!

If the product you ordered is out of stock, a store credit will be issued in place of this. 

Please note that once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to take responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery. If you have concerns about delivery to your address, we recommend selecting a safe drop location or providing an alternative delivery address at checkout.
